The TTA Girls Weekend Football Programme is a high-performance, structured training environment built specifically for girls aged 14–20 who are serious about their football — and serious about their future — but need a schedule that works around school and daily life.

What the Programme Includes
- 2 Sessions Per Week (Saturday & Sunday) High-quality football training sessions focused on technical development, tactical understanding, and game intelligence — delivered by UEFA and CAF licensed coaches in a professional environment.
- Weekly Mental Conditioning & Character Development Sessions designed to build confidence, discipline, leadership, resilience, and professional habits. A footballer who cannot manage her mind will never reach her ceiling — no matter how talented she is.
- Match Recording for Player CVs Games are recorded to support player development profiles, highlight reels, and future opportunities — because every player deserves to be seen.
- FKF League Participation Competitive league football that provides real match experience and exposure at a high level — testing development against the best players in the region.
- Professional Training Facilities Access to TTA’s 6-acre high-performance campus in Tigoni — including FIFA-standard training pitches, a fully equipped gymnasium, a video analysis room, and professional dining.
- Training Gear, Match Kit & Tracksuit Players receive the full programme apparel to train and compete with pride and professionalism.
- Optional Bus Transport Organized transport for training and fixtures away from the training base, ensuring safe and reliable travel on match days.

Bus transport to and from training is available as an add-on and can be selected during the registration process on our registration platform. Pick-up and drop-off is coordinated from Westlands, Nairobi — ensuring your daughter’s journey to and from the campus is safe, reliable, and fully organised.
