The TTA Football Academy program is a specialized highly intensive football program designed to turn students from ‘students’, to ‘student-athletes’. The program enables talented football players to pursue football at an elite level without subtracting from their education and enabling them to earn greater opportunities to play nationally and internationally.

The TTA Football Academy Development Model
The True Talents of Africa Football Academy program aspires to maximize player and character development. Our program focuses on ‘4 Corners’ of student-athlete development:
- Mental – Focused on the players’ character development both on and off the field i.e. team work, self-esteem, self-awareness, leadership, etc.
- Technical – focused on the player’s technique when on the ball development.
- Tactical – focused on the psychological aspects of the game including communication, creativity, leadership…
- Physical – focused on the players’ physical development and sports specific athleticism. Enhancing attributes like coordination, speed, and agility.

The True Talents of Africa Football Academy Programme is one of the few Academies in East Africa offering genuine local and international opportunities to talented footballers.
Our goal is to develop, prepare and grant our players the opportunities they need to play at the highest level possible and pursue their dreams.
CV Building and Filming of games with VEO
The True Talents of Africa Football Academy uses VEO Technology. Veo is a “Self-Filming” Camera used by reputable Clubs and teams internationally. TTA is one of the first to use VEO technology in Kenya.
With the camera, TTA films matches and training sessions to track the development of athletes. The content developed through the Veo goes toward match analysis and building player CVs that enable them to access higher-level professional/scholarship opportunities.
Elite – Level Coaching
Our Coaches are trained, licensed, and certified. Above and beyond football, they are trained to be mentors to our youthful players. Our ratio of coaches to players is constant at 1 coach: 15 Players. This keeps interaction high and allows players greater access to their respective coaches.
Mentorship and Education-based development
With the inclusion of mentorship and lecture sessions, the TTA academy looks at the holistic development of athletes. The Programme incorporates educational “classroom” sessions (held indoors) where players are educated on subjects such as sports nutrition, sports psychology, public speaking and mental preparation.
Our goal is to build outstanding men and women of unique self-awareness and applicable life-skills that go above and beyond simply nurturing talented athletes. Our athletes come out as individuals that are disciplined, knowledgeable, and mentally prepared to become leaders in the world around them.
