TTA will be hosting a camp for International school students from 23 July – 8 September 2024. Students registered in this program will join our U21 Development Team for the full period.
The TTA U21 INCUBATOR TEAM is a developmental program designed for players between 18 – 21 to develop, train and earn higher opportunities. The team creates the ideal environment for young players to grow and learn on and off the pitch with the goal of enabling them to chase their aspirations and dreams. As an incubator, the goal of the team is to have every player move on to higher opportunities within a year of their participation in the program.
THE TTA U21 INCUBATOR PROGRAM runs for 6 MONTHS and CONSISTS OF:
- Training and matches 5-6 times per week in a professional development environment
- Gym Sessions X2 per week for physical development
- Mental conditioning – Character Development sessions every week
- RECORDING of matches for player CV’s
- Match Analysis sessions every week
- Elite-level training and coaching
- Invitation to Professional and Scholarship opportunities upon merit of performance
- Participation in the FKF Nairobi League
- 2 Sets of Training Gear and Match kit and Tracksuit
- Transport to Away Matches
- Professional Training Facilities
