The TTA U21 Girls INCUBATOR TEAM is a developmental program designed for Girls players between 17 – 21 to develop, train and earn higher opportunities. The team creates the ideal environment for young players to grow and learn on and off the pitch with the goal of enabling them to chase their aspirations and dreams. As an incubator, the goal of the team is to have every player move on to higher opportunities within a year/2 years of their participation in the program.
THE TTA U21 INCUBATOR PROGRAM runs for 6 MONTHS and CONSISTS OF:
- Training and matches 3-4 times per week in a professional development environment
- Mental conditioning – Character Development sessions every week
- RECORDING of matches for player CV’s
- Match Analysis sessions
- Elite-level training and coaching
- Invitation to Professional and Scholarship opportunities upon merit of performance
- Participation in the County Women’s League
- 2 Sets of Training Gear and Match kit
- Professional Training Facilities
FEE STRUCTURE
The Registration fee for FULL the 6 – MONTH season is:
45,000 KSH
(Payment plan option available)
International students – 400.00 USD
You may be invited on trial or signed based on your application.
