TTA Refund Policy

TTA will process a ‘REFUND’ in 2 distinct ways: Cash refunds and TTA Credit.

CASH REFUNDS

Any registrant to any True Talents of Africa Event will be entitled to a cash refund in the case that:

  1. An error has been made by True Talents of Africa in the event/program information shared that has misled the registrant – in which case, the applicant will receive a full refund.
  2. The registrant requests the refund 14 days prior to the date when the event/program is scheduled to begin. In this case, a 1000 KSH administrative and processing fee will be retained by True Talents of Africa

NOTE: To receive a refund, all registrants must be able to provide proof of payment and registration at the time of the request.

TTA CREDIT

In any other case where a student may be unable to attend an event after registering- and if TTA is informed of the student’s inability to attend at least 48 Hours prior to the start of the event – then a student will be issued a TTA Credit.

A TTA Credit is a letter which states how much the student had initially paid for registration and enables them to use that payment for a future TTA Event. Essentially, they move their payment forward to be used at another TTA program/event.

This letter will be presented when the student registers for the next TTA event. The letter is not transferrable to other students.
